Went to the Opening of New People in the heart of San Fran’s Japantown. It was an enjoyable opening full of everything you’d expect from a Japanese Pop Culture Center. Cosplay, free souchu shots, gloomy bear figures, anime books, and a miniature screening room in the basement for an added bonus were just some of the highlights during my drunken tour. And if none of that interests you, it was also a good field test a new Flip Video Ultra camera I had recently won
